Registration & Examination Process for
Healthcare Professionals in Saudi Arabia (SCFHS)
The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) is a scientific and regulatory body headquartered in Riyadh. It oversees the evaluation of healthcare training programs and sets professional standards for licensing and practice in Saudi Arabia.
Primary Source Verification (PSV) is the process of authenticating a healthcare professional’s educational and professional credentials. Before applying for any SCFHS services, practitioners must complete PSV through DataFlow, the official verification partner approved by SCFHS.
The eligibility number is a unique ID issued by SCFHS after your credentials are verified. First-time applicants must create a Mumaris+ account and apply for professional classification. Once approved, SCFHS provides the eligibility number, which is essential to book the Saudi Prometric exam.
Candidates are allowed up to three attempts to pass the Saudi Prometric exam. If all three attempts are exhausted without success, a re-evaluation or further steps may be required as per SCFHS guidelines.
How the Prometric (Saudi) Exam Works
Online Exam Scheduling
Candidates can schedule their Prometric (Saudi) exam through the Mumaris+ platform using the eligibility number issued by SCFHS.
Limited Exam Attempts
Each candidate is allowed a maximum of three attempts to clear the Saudi Nursing Licensing Examination.
Number of Questions
The exam consists of 210 multiple-choice questions designed to assess core nursing knowledge and decision-making skills.
Exam Duration
The total duration of the exam is 4 hours and 45 minutes, conducted in a secure online testing environment.
