1. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“you”, “your”, “student”, or “candidate”) and Imprints Academy (“we”, “our”, or “the Academy”) regarding your use of our website, mobile application, educational materials, coaching programs, and all other related services (collectively referred to as “Services”). By accessing, enrolling in, or using our Services in any manner, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or continue to use our Services.
2. The Imprints Academy provides educational coaching and exam booking support for certain nursing licensing examinations conducted by competent authorities in the Gulf countries. Our courses presently include training for Saudi Prometric, Kuwait Prometric, Qatar Prometric, NHRA Bahrain, DHA Dubai, and UAE MOH examinations. The scope of our Services is strictly limited to educational coaching and, in some cases, facilitating exam bookings for the examinations listed above. We do not provide any certification, accreditation, governmental recognition, or academic qualification of any nature, and participation in our coaching does not create any entitlement or assurance of eligibility, qualification, or success in any licensing examination.
3. All licensing examinations are organized, conducted, and evaluated solely by Prometric Test Centers or the respective governmental authorities. Imprints Academy has no control over the administration, scheduling, rescheduling, evaluation, results, or certification process of any such examinations. You agree and acknowledge that your enrollment with Imprints Academy in no way guarantees your success in any licensing exam, nor does it bind us in any manner to ensure a particular outcome. We disclaim all liability in relation to exam postponements, cancellations, technical glitches, administrative changes, regulatory modifications, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. We do not provide coaching for HAAD and Oman (Pearson VUE) examinations, and we do not offer exam booking support for NHRA, HAAD, Oman (Pearson VUE), or UAE MOH examinations. We do not provide Dataflow verification services of any kind. We further make it clear that Imprints Academy is not engaged in the business of recruitment, job placement, or employment facilitation. We do not maintain, advertise, or operate any recruitment agency, and we do not claim to provide employment opportunities within India or abroad. If a student or candidate independently chooses to approach a recruitment agency or a third-party service provider, they do so at their own sole risk, responsibility, and discretion. Imprints Academy disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, commitments, promises, or failures of such third parties, and no liability shall arise against Imprints Academy for any losses or damages sustained by a student in such dealings.
5. By enrolling in our Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable law. You further represent that all information furnished by you during registration, enrollment, or while using our Services is truthful, accurate, and complete. You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. All content made available through our Services, including but not limited to study materials, written notes, practice tests, audiovisual content, and logos, are the intellectual property of Imprints Academy or its licensors. These materials are provided solely for your personal, educational use and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, sublicensed, sold, or otherwise exploited without our express prior written permission. Any misuse, duplication, or commercial exploitation of our content constitutes a violation of our rights and may result in civil and criminal action against you.
7. All fees payable for enrollment in our coaching programs or for exam booking assistance must be paid in accordance with the terms displayed on our website or communicated to you at the time of registration. Payments once made are final, binding, and non-refundable except in cases where we expressly notify a refund policy in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services in the event of non-payment, chargeback, fraudulent transactions, or violation of these Terms.
8. You expressly understand and agree that the Services of Imprints Academy are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imprints Academy, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, emotional distress, or any other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. You expressly agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to discontinue using them.
10. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imprints Academy and its affiliates from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, your dealings with third-party recruitment agencies, your violation of any applicable laws, or your infringement of intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
11. The Imprints Academy reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its Services at any time without prior notice. We further reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms of Use at our discretion, and such modifications shall take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. By continuing to use our Services after the publication of amended Terms, you accept and agree to be bound by such modifications.
12. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to our Services, without liability, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or if your conduct is harmful to the interests of the Academy or other students. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, but any accrued obligations such as outstanding payments or indemnities shall survive termination.
13. These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Idukki District Kerala.
